Applicants; doctoral students who will enroll in the 2019/20 academic year at one of the faculties of the Hebrew University in any of these elds: Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Agriculture.

For research related to the study of peace in any of these areas: Middle East; The IsraeliPalestinian Conict; Jerusalem issues.

Aid package which includes assistance with travel and editing for doctoral students in the experimental sciences who deal with technology that might contribute to the advancement of peace.

Applicants must be registered as doctoral students in one of the departments at the Hebrew University (at least year 1).

Students must be present at the Truman Institute in the Mount Scopus campus for at least one day a month, must participate in intensive courses on peace research and in a biweekly seminar on  research and promotion of peace, and assist in the organization of an international conference and the Truman Conference for Peace.
